From Paso Robles, this red wine has a silky texture and expresses red currant, cherry, and floral scents. Dry and easy-drinking, it pairs well with beef, veal, game, and poultry, particularly when mushrooms are part of the dish. This is an incredibly versatile house wine - a great alternative to Pinot Noir, at a much lower price. It will become a new favorite!
